- If you need to make a return, so we know to expect it, please contact customer service via email (customerservice@providencepet.com) with the details for your return. You may also call us at 401-270-2039, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST.
- Returns must be unused and received within 15 days of the original shipment date. The return must also be accompanied by the original receipt, original packaging and with hang tags intact.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The only exception to this policy would be if we shipped wrong or damaged merchandise.
- All merchandise returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
NOTICE:We do not provide refunds, exchanges or credits for toys damaged by pets. Although we strive to carry products made by reputable manufacturers who use the highest quality of materials available, no dog toy is going to be indestructible to a pet determined to destroy it. Please consider your pet’s age and behavior when purchasing toys for your pets.
